Which do you think would be the easiest to wholesale in consistently and find good buyers for?

So long as properties are being bought, sold, and/or flipped in the area, there will be a market you can use for wholesaling. Don’t confuse areas you would want to live in, or manage buy and holds, with areas that rehabbers will focus.

Our best and favorite borrowers flip in some of the “worst” areas of Los Angeles and now also have a lot of competition. Priced well, they’ve never had problem selling their homes to end buyers and making money. This is true in any area.

If you have homes that others can make money on but buyers that are reluctant, then find other buyers.

Congratulations, by the way, you could have bigger problems!!

Jeff
