I am still deciding whether to rent or flip. 

Hey guys who has some good hard money lender suggestions im going to jump in and do my first flip using hard money wish I had a cheaper way but im confident I can pull it off

Maybe even a gut rehab.Are there tenant buyers who would fix then flip a property that is distressed?

These are good tenets and it is a moneymaker but I want to move on to flipping houses.

Fortunately, we work a different shift which will allow me more time to focus on RE.I really don't even know how I came across BiggerPockets; I remember reading an article about live-in flips, and through clicking and reading, clicking and reading, and found myself here.  

We are getting educated as we speak, but our goal is to flip initially and then get into multifamily.
