I want to sell my 1979 mobile home on 5 acres curent rental $1600
I want to sell my 1979 mobile home on 5 acres that I am renting for $1600. I thought I could sell it to the renter but they have no credit. I used a rental agent that told me they had OK credit. Now I hear they don't have credit and if I dont sell now FHA want loan on mobile homes older than 30 years old. These are good tenets and it is a moneymaker but I want to move on to flipping houses. What would you do?
