College Real Estate Investor (New!)

Hey BP! I am a 20 year old aspiring real estate investor and I am currently a sophomore in college studying accounting. Ive always had a knack for business and it has led me straight here to BP. Ive read a ton of books and the only thing holding me back is capital. I analyze deals daily and have access to residential and commercial filters on the MLS. I have a great agent that has an investor mindset, but I lack many other good members on my team. Currently, my market here in Kansas City, MO is one that doesn't make a whole lot of sense to use hard money or private capital for residential long term buy and holds. I would love to meet some new investors in my area and maybe get a few helpful tips along the way!
