Let’s say I want to get the address of every 4-plex in a specific submarket. What service can be used for this type of work?

I rent out the other side and half of the side I am living in.

Hi,  I hired a contractor for my basement remodeling.he worked 2 and half days, after that he didn't appear for the last two week.whenever I call him, he says he will come tomorrow, and tomorrow I don't see him.My concern is , so far we had verbal agreement, I gave him a list of work printed on paper, he looked into that, he has a copy, I have a copy.but we didn't sign , we agreed on total amount I need to pay.
