Hello BP community!! I'm just here to introduce myself! I joined BP in 2017! But never used the site until recently. Like many others, I was afraid to move forward with my Real Estate ventures, until this year. What changed? I met a pretty young lady who shared my desire for financial freedom and we have been motivating each other to move forward on your journey. Not only that, my mindset has changed. I no longer want to make my landlord rich! I want to make myself rich! I no longer want to rent, but save the money used for rent to invest and reinvest into future properties!

I currently live in Sacramento, CA and have a goal to House Hack in the surroundings downtown areas. Arden, Oak Park, Tahoe Park, and East Sacramento. 

I have read Craig's House Hacking Strategy book and Brandon's How to Invest in Real Estate books. 

I'm looking forward to using the Bigger Pockets community to sharpen my skills and learn as much as I can about Real Estate Investing!
