I feel like I have ideas pop in and out of my brain all day long and it would be awesome to speak with someone actually doing this type of work.

Curious if there are any investors out there currently doing it that I could meet up with to either pick your brain/potentially partner with on deals to get things started.

Hey BP, I just wanted to pick a few brains to see what's the best approach to recovering rent from an ex-tenant.

@Jimmy Bell For my simple brain, I let the CPA take care of what I would owe and don't owe.

I am a pretty resourceful thinker but I cannot help that whenever my brain hears "5 things you MUST know before your first BRRRR deal" I can't help but read the content, research each of those topics, etc. 

Would love to pick some brains on what kids are renting down here in Savannah. 

As for researched, I have spent time reading blogs, watching YouTube videos (Brain Dean, Neil Patel, and others) and installed Yoast plugin plus Google Analytics.
