Also, would the bank also be willing finance your construction costs?

@Dusty Wilson ok yeah im still kinda small also i have 5 doors but have been considering some new construction everything so far has been for cashflow to quit w2 finally was able to do that in july

I'm looking to build some new construction in Scottsdale, AZ, and am in very early DD.

I'm seeking a loan that will allow me to aquire a property, do some light rehab to the existing single family home and also provide sufficient funds for the construction of an ADU in the back yard. 

We financed this deal through a construction loan with a local bank.

I am curious if anyone has experience with cellular concrete in any capacity; e.g. residential construction, parking pads, concrete floors, insulated walls/floors, geodesic domes, ADUs, etc.
