Sale price: $239,000

Off market single family residence in Bella Vista close to bike trail head.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Understanding the market to recognize the success of this deal.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Off market campaign conducted by myself. Worked with owner to negotiate a deal lucrative for them.

How did you finance this deal?

We financed this deal through a construction loan with a local bank.

How did you add value to the deal?

Upon closing we walked in with 15% equity. A facelift with attention to detail was given to the home.

What was the outcome?

A walk in ready home. While growing a larger network.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Learning more so who to trust and chose as contractors. Setting greater deadlines.
