Hi Rand,This has been an interesting quandry for me - I just got brought on as John's Chief Results Officer, with one of my major tasks being to identify and grow our investor buyer/seller lists.

The property can be divided equally, or it can also be divided up based on whether one or the other spouse actually owned it prior to marriage; the length of time the marriage endured, what improvements the spouse brought to the property. 

I only brought up the fact that I was month to month since @Steve asked why I didn't simply move elsewhere.

I had full documentation and the JP looked at everything I brought, including text, voice mail, and email transcripts.  

I talked to a state senator about the gentrification happening a mile east of the capital, and the first thing he brought up is people being forced out because of property taxes.  

On Monday, we brought our contractor with us and went to check it out.

Searching around I was thinking how do people get the deals, MLS doesn't seem to be really doing it, and I dug deep and the wormhole brought me here :) Just recently I've called a few bandit signs to try to get in contact with wholesalers to try to see what can be had that will probably never reach the market....seems like all I've been finding are...

If I was renting the house out myself I would gladly pay a finders fee for any client you brought that passed my credit and background check and ticked all the boxes required to rent one of my properties.

I am not sure the exact color either; however, I wanted to see if anyone has taken a paint chip from the wall of the exact color they wanted to a local hardware store to match the paint.If any of you have, I am curious if it was close, or spot on to the color that you brought into the store.Thanks,Peter
