Looking to find investors (clients) in the Denver area
I am a wholesale real estate agent from ohio. I have been in the business for 1.5 years and sold 60+ wholesale deals. I am looking to move back out to Denver CO after being away for 2 years (miss the mountains and ski life).
In ohio finding investors is rather simple, as the county makes landlords fill out rental registrations with contact info that is then public record. I was wondering what ways (if any) that people are finding investors in Colorado? Thank you in advance for your help!
