@Rousner Ermonfils, if you think you can get a higher return in the stock exchange than your current mortgage interest rate AND/OR you would like to access your money at some point, then investing in the stock market may make sense.

They offer pre-sales education and may try to ask questions if it very blatantly looks like you are trying to do something that would be a self-dealing or prohibited transaction, but they by rule and by their contracts do not provide tax, legal or investment advice.An advisor is going to be much more accessible and knowledgeable.

What this means to you is, find a Lender you feel comfortable with and as part of your due diligence, ask them if they have access to "First Time Homebuyer" programs or if you fit the criteria, an "Income Restricted" Loan Programs.
