I want to research the topic thoroughly before sitting in front of an attorney and rack up fees.

None of it's particularly weird, and I personally guarantee it'll be more effective than any voodoo.Now here is a topic that I haven't seen on BP!!! 

Residential assisted living facilities seems to be a hot topic the last three years especially.
