Hello BP Forums!

My name is Austin and I have very little history with real estate, but I'm actively trying to learn as much as I can.  Owning a rental was something that was always in the back of my head, and right before this virus shut everything down, I decided to start making that a reality!  Hoping if all goes to plan to be able to purchase something later this year or early next year.

I am looking for meet-ups and to build a good network of peers in the area. Look forward to meeting and learning from all of you!

@Austin Hazen Welcome aboard, sir! You're definitely in the right place, so read, listen to podcasts, read some more, ask questions, and learn all you can! You'll make mistakes, we all do, it's just important that you learn from those and don't let them get you down :)

Best of luck to you!
