Instead of my partner and I refinancing the property into a mortgage under one of our personal names, we'd like to do it under a commercial mortgage in our LLC's name.

Can a person use their LLC to run the day-to-day operation example, pay expenses, vendors, contractors, purchase supplies, receive revenue, etc., even if the properties are not owned by the LLC?

For instance, you can get one in Sugar Loaf, one next to the resorts, one in Baldwin Lake and it'll all be different price/size and other amenities that the guests are looking for per those areas.On a partnership, I would highly suggest that you link up with an attorney to draft the LLC/partnership for the OA for the agreement.

I currently have 5 keys (2 multi) in MA and just created an LLC (second multi-purchase was on 10/17 and LLC was created on 11/5).

I have a question regarding where I should get my mortgage for this first investment/rental property from.I currently have a primary residence and its mortgage, but I'm planning to put rental properties under a LLC (or corporations in Canada), what process/place would you recommend I get the first mortgage?

I am not from the states and i have only a Llc and bank account.
