New Investor in Chattanooga, TN Asking Advice

Carson Wright
Posted

Hey guys, I posted once before and realized I never gave a formal introduction. My name is Carson and I'm looking to seller finance or BRRRR some houses in or around Chattanooga and even into Northwest Georgia. I'm looking more into owner financing since I don't really have much funding right now, but BRRRR is what I really want to get into eventually. I've started an LLC and gotten my business bank setup and am beginning to look at properties as I continue to educate myself. Any advice on starting out would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi @Carson Wright! Welcome to the world of REI in Chattanooga, there's a ton of potential here. Being open to opportunities, such as you're doing with posts like this, certainly makes things possible! You may also find those willing to JV with you, if you have the time or connections and they're providing the capital.

Getting started when you don't have funding is challenging, but not impossible!
