@Omar RuizI would say just looking at the pictures and assuming Boston is similar to Chicago pricing you'd have at least $150K into after stripping it and all new mechanicals and exterior and that is NOT adding any sq footageYou'd need to pick it up for way less than asking Same as @James Sestito saidBest to get your contractor in get a firm repair cost, and make sure your ARV is correct.

All while having the conveniences and "tools" some of you have mentioned.Even in an amaing situation where you pay very little commisions to sell like @James Bynum mentioned he has, I would think 0.5% on a decent size priority would more than cover expenses.Am I evaluating this correctly?
