I'm not in Georgia, still want to encourage you!  

Good morning ladies and gentlemen.My name is Mark, and I am new BP member from the Middle Georgia region, and I'll give a little background about myself.

I'm considering the same for Georgia.

There are so many different counties in Georgia. 

My boyfriend and I are currently wholesalers in the state of GA and plan on becoming REI's soon.

I am getting ready to roll my wife's 401K into a SDI and am planning on purchasing tax deeds in GA. but also making regular contributions into the account from my real estate holdings and flips to build up the account.

I'm highly interested in real estate but I'm completely new to the industry and haven't completed any transaction yet.

Anyone know or recommend a good real estate agent that has experience with buy and hold investors in either the Augusta, Georgia or Sarasota, Fl region.

Currently working full-time as a Sales Assistant at a tile distributor in Alpharetta, Georgia.
