Howdy All,Has anyone used Legal In A Box for entity formation and/or putting together an Operating Agreement?

12 years ago I spent a summer doing cold call sales.. and I've managed a sales team over the last 10 years or so. 

I have spent the last 5 years renting to college kids.

A realtor who invests in real estate and thinks outside the box is one of your team members. 

Have spent my career in Finance and now looking to begin investing in real estate. 

The cost and time spent really digging into these two books can be life changing. 

Not to mention a couple of $4.00 coffees a day and no clue what brown bagging is.I'd bet that most college grads spent more time learning the ins and outs of student loans than budgeting and financial planning.
