Legal In A Box Opinions

Howdy All,

Has anyone used Legal In A Box for entity formation and/or putting together an Operating Agreement? I'm looking to set up a WY manager-managed LLC as HoldCo and IL member-managed LLC that is owned by an IL C-Corp (that will earn a fixed guaranteed fee) and the WY HoldCo, and I am trying to figure out if Legal In A Box has the requisite expertise to do it. If you don't recommend them or have any experience with them, who would you recommend? Thanks in advance!
