If I also do day-trading (stocks) in a personal account on the side, can I report my profits from day-trading as "income" to pad my side "jobs", since that would net >>$500/year?

I also can tell you that some of that data is also reporting the Covid-19 Cares data.Those reports are using algorithms that do not have perfect data and will include additional trade lines that are are distressed but being forgiven. 

I don’t know if I should lean towards learning all the trades about homes, As in electrical plumbing carpentry or just get a real estate license to get access to all of the listings?

Okay so before this pandemic I financed a brand new toyota corolla which the payment is 435/ month for 6 years... I'm a realtor but 22 not consistent cashflow. Only income I have is 1k a month and doordash part time....

I don't want to throw everything at a property only to live on white bread and kraft cheese for 30 years while I pay it off.I guess what Im asking for is guidance in terms of strategy for buying that first home then trading up to the next one or leveraging home equity to start the road of owning multiple properties.stressing because of the time frame, the lack of my capital, the lack of selection on Maui, the cost, and timing...

But there are some people that want to trade speed and convenience for  trying to squeeze out top dollar, people who have houses so bad that realtors don't want to touch them.

Ask around-realtors, friends in the trades etc for a recommendation on an electrician that will be willing to help you out without making it a big deal with city inspectors.

I have 9 properties with 20 doors, have been in the trades all of my working life and am ALWAYS behind on paper work.

Sounds like trading up from a cash-flow perspective is a good move.
