There are about 8 houses on the other side of the street, one on the corner of my side of the street than about 5 vacant lots including the one I am looking at in the middle of the 5.

I have done enough deals with some that the preliminary discussions are often on the order of: this property is in the same neighborhood as the Lincoln Street house.

Sunday - downstairs tenant complains about prior discussed on street parking.

I drove by a house yesterday that had a FMV of 115k and looked nice on the Google Street view.

I'm a local and very familiar with Chattanooga and surrounding areas and still find myself driving to check out a property that may or may not be a good deal because it is on a street that goes from great to bad and back within just a couple of blocks.

I mean if the inspector can inspect from the street & they have some sort of rock bottom rebuild amount they cover me for during that 30 day risk window until a more thorough inspection could be performed... maybe something like that.

I drove down the street and there is no house by that address number.- Addresses on their drivers license didn't match their application addresses even though they were renewed during that time.- Facebook posts said they were moving back from Florida, but they told me a different story.
