Hello my name is Yolanda  I'm a Real Estate investor! Although I'm a newbie and working on completing my very first deal, I consider myself a success and I'll tell you why. A few months ago when I decided to take the proverbial leap into the real estate world, I'll have to admit I was very scared!  Most people fear what they don't know or understand and I was no exception. Like a lot of people, i've always had an interest to be financially independent. I was also excited whenever I saw a show about real estate. I also read somewhere that 80% of wealthy people  became that way through real estate. I decided that the only way to change my situation was to go outside of my comfort zone and be scared. I went to several investor groups but  quickly became discouraged because most of them seemed like they were selling products. Since I had no money that did not help matters. I in the meantime kept reading articles in BiggerPockets. The articles kept me encouraged. I Came across an article in real estate success stories that featured two gentlemen Cory and Zack who were working on their very first flip.they  are part of an investor group called Chicago action investors started by BP member Aaron Vaughn. I attended the meeting and loved it! It was very informative and supportive. Shortly after that meeting that I decided to take action with their support. Much thanks to BiggerPockets for their FREE  informative articles and support that I found I had to pay for on other websitesI would advise anyone trying to get involved in real estate to keep searching and find their niche I did!

To be honest this sounds like an advertisement from Chicago action investors
