All are apparently essential workers and Ohio was pretty good with unemployment from what I hear, not that any of my tenants needed it.

Also, FWIW the income statement the listing agent provided has the water bill at an average of $339/month (very high compared to other duplexes).I think someone's running an illegal car wash!
