My return on investment is fantastic on this property because I only put $6,000 down on it 6 years ago, and I cash out refi-ed it 3 years ago.

Our Omaha REIA doesn't focus on education like most clubs do but Andy and his wife run the club on their own and do a fantastic job with what I imagine to be very limited resources of time and money. 

The unit is still fully furnished, including clothing and food but no one is staying there.

Between the refineries or the Navy base close by, and the fantastic schools and low, low crime rate, it's place that more are more families are looking for.
