Hello everyone I am am inexperienced in the career of real-estate. Actually have no experience and am really excited about beginning. However, I am a little lost. I know where I want to begin but I don't have the credit or find to start.

@Michael Murphy - Hey Mike! Welcome to BP.

Congrats on taking the plung. Once you start posting you never know where things may take you! @David Neese was very helpful in explaining the REIA club here in Omaha. I'm a member and I know of many more here on BP as well. It's a great opportunity.

Take some time and listen to the BP podcasts. Figure out what your niche is going to be and stick with it. AVOID the shinny object syndrome!

Good luck and let me know if you need anything!
