I think people are placing too much emphasis on the small stuff like colors and handwritten vs not.

You have to be pretty specific with them in terms of what you're interested in (styles, primary color, etc.), but they will give you something like 4 or 6 comps to choose from, and you can keep asking them to change stuff or give you new designs until you're happy.

Print is great as long as its free or if you can run full page color ads on the front page of the classified section.

A WordPress theme is a collection of PHP and CSS files that determine the overall look and layout of a WordPress site, including the colors, layout, typography and other style elements.

It would be send 2 and send 4. and the size and colors will vary.

My recommendation is a postcard  in a color that is not too crazy  with your headshot  and a very kind come not desperate simple direct straight to the point message .

I used to get hanged up on how my postcards should look, the size, color, etc.

Warning, I dont care if you're white, pink, blue, green, or any other color in the rainbow.... 

I think on their money podcast the ratio is a lot more even just because saving money is something that everyone is interested in.I guess what I'm saying is I don't think anyone is intentionally including or not including someone based upon anything other than their knowledge.This is the same excuse that SNL used when they were criticized for not hiring more women of color on the show. 

I know when I print I can, based upon sex,  pink or blue colors,  based upon sir name print language of choice.
