I have all the docs stored in my computer and just update them for my dealThe most recent one was the one I paid 50 and sold for 73, I charged them 8%, 30 year amortization, 7 year balloonBut I'm not making 8% on my money, I'm actually making about 12.75%.

Many of the "remediators" charge an ungodly price for either replacing the sheetrock or infected area, or simply spraying with bleach and water or KILZ'ing it.

As for the comment about a military person being in charge of the CIA being dangerous because you'd have "like minded people", that's just off base.
