I remodeled the casita to include asbestos popcorn ceiling removal, kitchen remodel, floors, removed 2 small separation walls, paint all around, and new ceiling fans.

The bathroom is above a finished basement, so a contractor would have to tear open the basement ceiling to move around plumbing.

So I have my agent going over to look and sees water flowing from the ceiling (right below the HVAC) onto the wood floor and getting into the carpet of some rooms as well.
