Have your rich uncle give you the money.Seriously how can you expect us to answer without a hint of your ability to purchase?

I also got my real estate agent license and became a member of the Houston RICH club a few days ago.

This community is rich with experienced, and more importantly, caring people.

Which is why I think "The E-Myth" book is just as important as "Rich Dad Poor Dad" - but at different times in a career.

If he is rich and doesn't care, you probably can't do much of anything, except maybe listed for him or get it rented for him as an agent.However, if he is motivated to sell, maybe you can get a really good deal.

However, many people have gotten rich not worrying about allocating returns, just banking them!

It sounds to me as though you have a conservative plan, and that you're not a fly-by-night, get rich overnight kind of thinker.Sure, you have a lot of time.
