The house across from me just became vacant no activity in the last two weeks 3br 2ba the prior tenants says the owner wouldn't repair the damages so they move out after 10yrs I recently became a licensed agent for C.I.F. Realtors in Waco tx I'm also a member of the Waco Association of Realtors what can I do with no operating capital
