with the interest rates remaining low all the main investing markets are hot this year making inventory low and demand high.  

Setting it at 68 is irrelevant, as the house will never get that cold anyway in really hot weather.

Although some cities’ markets are booming because of job growth and shortages of homes for sale, across the country, sales aren’t as hot.

(LOL)Sellers and listing agents still feel their homes are worth top dollar in this hot (though cooling) market — even if it has significant cosmetic, systems or structural issues.

I will likely get out of the program soon as my tenants are under market and Brooklyn is red hot.

Hello Mike,A cracked granite countertop is definitely not normal wear and tear.This can be caused by placing a very hot pot on the granite countertop.

We now have no stove/oven or hot water.I immediately called the landlord and told him about the situation.  

Right now I have more backing than I can spend because my market is so hot that its a lot of work to find the deals right now.  

My tests have been passed and I'm waiting on my real estate license to come in from Nashville and I'll be hitting the ground running.
