Cracked granite countertop in lease period. Normal wear and tear?
Dear BP LL colleagues,
I was performing a final walk though at end of lease (@ DFW area) and noticed a crack at countertop. Would you consider this as a normal wear and tear or a damaged item that tenant is responsible for the repair/replacement?
In term of repairs, do you have any suggestions on how this should be done?
Thank you

I've never seen a cracked granite countertop. Did the tenants throw a bowling ball on it?
