Moving to another maybe larger company will require more time and effort.  

Take on the attitude that the joys in life must be paid for with new money from your efforts. 

Un-redeemed Liens: After two years, a lien holder can begin proceedings in Superior Court to foreclose on the certificate in an effort to obtain title/possession of the property.

(things that are provided with little to no effort by the soldier: finding a house on base, making said house payment, automatic bank deposits, medical appointments, no payment for medical treatment, etc...)  

It was totally worth my time and the agency certainly put forth plenty of effort on my behalf to ensure that I had the knowlege and support to make a decision.If I had tried to "do it myself", I doubt I would have ever made a decsion.

Ideally we are looking to purchase these properties, but we are certainly interested in joint-venturing or providing cleanup work for the owners as well if they would not be interested in selling the property.In an effort to help search for these properties, I was hoping to connect with a local real estate broker, who could help keep an eye out for these types of properties, compensated for by a finder's fee % of the profit if a cleanup deal goes through.

As a plumber in my past life, I can say the drain cleaners are not worth the effort and can damage the system.

Without my effort and hands-on work, the profit may never have happened.
