Why do people lie about things so easily uncovered?

They may work temporarily but remember that unless sealed very tightly water can easily get under them during a heavy rain storm and they protect...nothing.Brave enough to climb up on these roofs? 

Materials can easily be more than half of your overall rehab costs.  

That love and passion for RE could certainly go into the GC side of the market and translate sweat to cash quite easily. 

Is it actually just evaluating ones risk?
