$8,000 A Month Net Goal! HELP!

I have multiplex house hacked over many years until I got married 3 years ago. Just before COVID started we sold off our properties and started flipping. We flipped 3 houses and now we have $150k in the bank and an 800 credit score. I have tried very hard with the friends and family to get investors but its not working out well. My question is what investment direction would you take to meet that $8k net per month goal in our position? I want to be there in less than 3 years...
