Hello all, Currently I am looking to to dip into real estate and was hoping to find some trustworthy information (books,websites,blogs) to help get me started.

My main advice would be to do your due diligence in verifying that your partner(s) and/or the sponsor is trustworthy & transparent, and that you feel confident in their contingencies, and also that they have a track record in getting their investors their money in a timely, professional fashion.

I would say that if you're comfortable, have access to a trustworthy mentor who can guide you into the Stock Market investments, and you WANT that, you should definitely go that route!
