What to do with free and clear land
Greetings. I have been behind the scenes for years and ready to take action..
I own a 60x80 lot that is mobile home friendly in an semi rural area..
I have been approved for a 50k line of credit (interest only) 15 years. Decent rates.
I want to do something that wont cost a bunch of money... so I was thinking about putting a mobile home there and rent it out... I would have to do the works, few loads of dirt to bring property higher than road, septic tank, survey for city, trailer pad with 2 parking spots.. ( probably asphalt)..
I do not have any other structures near me except 2 structures across the street. 1 was a trailer that was made into a house(looks nice) the other is a mobile home. Quiet area... nice neighbors...
My question is should I buy a new mobile home or a used with minor worked needed, or a cheap one that needs rehab??
