Hello BP,

I have been investing for a few years now mostly in flips and wholesaling.  I have been looking into syndication for a while and now am ready to move forward.  I am looking to get started with a 20-50 unit apartment in Phoenix area or multiple CA markets.  If you are in either of those areas and/or know some good contacts to help out let me know.  I am reading and going to meetups now.  Also beginning to have the capital raising conversations with my current network with some success.

It you have advice or contacts or may be interested in investing in those markets let me know...

Thank you!

Make sure to educate yourself thoroughly on the market and the business including raising capital and SEC regulations both Federal and State so you can make sure not to cross any lines or illegally solicit investors. SEC is coaching down these days. Once you are comfortable with the business and the process you can definitely make offers and put properties under contract right now just make sure you absolutely know what your doing and to talk with the lenders and your attorney so you can anticipate any roadblocks, delays and special provisions you need to include in your contract right now. The lending environment is changing daily so things are a bit uncertain but still functioning at the moment.
