We own a few rentals in Killeen and currently looking for an honest, reputable Handyman that can help us with rent-ready preparation and occasional minor repairs. Currently have a small unit near the main entrance to Fort Hood that needs painting and minor work in preparation for renting.

I use a local in the area, Joaquin Williams, I'll IM his information you you, he does all my repairs to all my property's. He also does all my rehabs too, he can do anything, roofing, plumbing, electrical, framing and on and on. Plus I have no issue handing him 5k down payments to start the work. 100% trustworthy human being.
