Hello forum,We manage a huge lot across the beach, we are thinking we could use this lot for outdoor activities, ie: Outdoor Gym, Food Truck, outdoor movie theater, etc.

Theaters?

The Colonial theater investment that is occurring as well as the overall investment in Lakeport is of particular interest (restoration of opera house etc).

They hate that in planning places and it costs and you need review and neighborhood input.You might want to start lobbying for something like OR making min zoning 4/lot for infill.Lots of rich neighborhoods are really hating this.

The cabin is a 4 Bed, 4 bath, 2 Half Bath cabin, with a pool, theater room and gaming area. 

Residents can lobby or vote for HOA members that support their view.

Buyers and sellers don’t typically have their own attorneys except in states like NY/NJ where the Bar Association lobbied to make them required. 

You met them in the lobby and then both went to your own rooms. 

To avoid this, one large bedroom was repurposed as a theater room and another was outfitted as a workout room.

I had a triplex where I had the mailman slip mail through the front door mail slot as well, goes into the lobby, and tenants take their own and leave the rest on the table I installed in the lobby.
