Rather random question here regarding "spam" solicitations for financing.

They're big issues, but even if I bought it at list price, $20k  is quite a bit of money to tackle some of these problems.

We feel comfortable enough to tackle it but we know some buyers are not comfortable with just going with a lawyer and title company.We will do our best to stage it and plan to list on Zillow.

Will have to add those names to my basement list.I have not tackled a project with a serious foundation issue, however think there is a lot of opportunity when those arise as it scares most people off.  

Its likely the contractors will bring in dirt and ding things up a bit here and there so let them tackle those two projects without having to worry about ruining freshly finished work.

Odds are this scam was just after your contact info for spamming purposes rather than looking to actually come to your house, particularly since they posted in several different cities.  

This is a great place for everything real estate without a bunch of spam.

Nevertheless, I'm back now with a new attitude  and  ready to tackle new opportunities within the real estate market.
