Therefore, at minimum check with the LO that you worked with first and ask him/her to give you a couple of options, with broken-down estimates. 

LO can also put contact info in for the point of contact, usually they will look at that number/name before the contract's numbers/names.If it's a refi, LO includes contact info of the homeowner in the appraisal order.
