How do appraisers find owners contact info?
How do appraisers find property owner's contact info? Do they receive it from the lender who orders the appraisal or they have to find and verify it themselves through public sources or other sources like LexisNexis? Is anyone familiar with the process? Thanks

They don’t need the owner contact number unless they are the contact for access to the property.....if they did, they’d get it from the lender.
