I'm new to Spokane, wanted to get involved in the group here locally. Please reach out to me, I'd like to get to know more people here that are looking to do or have been doing investing. I've been on bigger pockets for years, lived in different locations and have always done real estate on a small scale. I'd like to take a bigger step and do some multi-family, rehab or new construction. Thanks!
