Suggestions on what to do with a low value lake property

I inherited a lake property that isn't worth very much and it's in really rough shape. It's not your prototypical vacation property, it's more of a retirement community that just so happens to sit on a lakefront. Some of the surrounding properties (mobile homes) have been cleared and replaced with small cabins, which I'm sure they're attempting to lease recreationally, to no avail. I haven't had any offers yet. Hold or sell? Any and all feedback is welcome. Thanks in advance for your time and replies.

Hey Aaron! Where is the property located? We can all give some better insight with that piece of info!
