It's very robotic and automated like he said.I had to outbid people a few times, but just kept declining their counter until I got it to where I wanted it.

For people not familiar with Texas... the US 35 corridor is about important to Texas as New York City and the surrounding communities are the State of New York.At the moment, I most concerned about trade agreements because the President can pull out of them without going to Congress.If you want to talk about some of the other things he has mentioned...1) Deporting 11,000,000 people would put the housing market into freefall.2) Cutting the minimum wage would cause deflation at best and stagflation at worst.3) Putting the coal industry on life support at the expense of Wind, Solar, and Natural Gas will help a hand full of coal companies at the expense of the environment and electric utility customers.4) "Bringing back manufacturing" to the United States will be great for the few companies that make robots in the United States.5) Trade barriers will almost certainly have negative responses. 

I was having really bad luck getting anything accepted on short sales even with all cash, high EMD and no inspection (or inspection prior to short sale package submittals), and like you, I would check the closed prices and found a number of them lower than my offered price. 

Computers, smart phones, apps, artificial intelligence, robots, etc are all predominantly created from the Bay Area.

If I didn't make any small mistakes on my first deal I would be worried that I was part robot, thanks again Mike.

If it were me I'd price it high then be very patient with tenants.. a house that nice is tough to find in the rental market and people like nurses and robotics techs will be after them.. 

One of these days I'll be out driving for dollars instead of in my cubicle building robots.

Even if it is not against the rules this is one of the most infuriating marketing strategies for the prospects, and will likely make for a poor customer experience, it seems very impersonal and robotic, if you try it I'd be interested to see how the results compare to direct mail.
