I'm very passionate about real estate and I've been an investor for over 7 years.

Im 24 with a BA in FinanceI actually have not gotten a job in my field but went into soccer coaching for which is something I'm passionate about, I would just rather do that as a hobby rather than a means to build wealth and depend on it for a living. 

The delivery guy might hate me with a burning passion, but whatever. 

Hello, I am currently getting back into real estate investing in the central Pennsylvania area and was hoping connect with some others who have a passion for it!

Share ideas, meet folks, have fun and if you have something attractive which you do (MF investing).....then your passion will take over as you know this is the right thing and folks will see it in you.  

Glad you have caught the investor bug, and now all you have to do is follow your passion.

However, my current job doesn't pay as well as I'd like it and honestly, it's not my passion.

One thing for sure, property owners are very passionate about their property.
