I’m used to dealing with sharks in my career field. 

I've really enjoyed doing my own taxes and doing them through turbotax.

For me - Subto has been tremendously helpful for me.The post wasn't about BP, which I thoroughly enjoy visit regularly and use the online calc tools incredibly often.~ Randy  

As you can tell, I am seriosly eager to leave my position RIGHT NOW and work in this field instead. 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy listening to and making music, going to the movies, traveling, and cruises. 

Do you want a manager with a youtube channel or someone who's in the field?

A few of the more "out in left field"  messages include someone double messaging me within a 24 hour time period asking if I'm interesting in investing in STRs - my answer is no and I think that's a bit aggressive, not even giving me a day or two to reply to the first DM.

It equalizes  the playing field allows anyone with grit a real  shot at the American dream. 

Personally I really enjoy the area which is why I chose to invest there.
