Can anyone personally recommend a property manager in Hemet, San Jacinto area?

I'm originally from San Francisco, CA and started investing in 2021.

I'm moving home to California (San Luis Obispo) and want to see if it can be done.

Over the last 2 years that I've managed a short-term rental in northern San Antonio, I have experienced many small contractors that get so easily triggered, offended, and upset at me and my wife. 

Like 50 or 100, not just 2.Not enough specifics to give you a better answer, but it sounds to me like you are considering giving up a great equity play that moves the needle quite a bit (San Diego, right?)

I live in San Diego and Im also looking to start investing out of state with little to no experience.

Most of the multi-family units in Jacksonville that I think are in an area that I would feel safe are in riverside/5 points or San Marco.The issue, I think, with Jacksonville is that the supple of Multi-family units is low which makes the pricepoint of them higher.

Insurance would cover it, I would pay the deductible, and no assets would be lost.If you are in an area like San Diego where people are more likely to sue, a judge is more likely to find you guilty, and the payout is expected to be higher, you may consider an umbrella insurance policy.

Then there is San Andres, which is gorgeous, but an island.
